Hey everyone! I'm Lydia. My fitness journey began in 2016, during a challenging time of my life, when an unexpected illness took an emotional and physical toll on me. I no longer recognized myself in the mirror and lost the confidence I once had. I discovered fitness and soon found the strength that was within me all along. This strength helped me feel as though I was rediscovering that self confidence and reclaiming the control of my body.
Then...A small event called the "Global Pandemic" took over the world. The loss of fitness opportunities and isolation lead me back to the same dark place of poor self esteem and poor nutrition choices.
